The interface is easy and reliable, they just provide good registrar services without trying to upsale you. They support vanity nameservers, DNSSEC, domain locking, free private registration and many other great features.
1and1 is comparable in price but their interface was so buggy that I chose to move my domains away from their company. If you want low price and constant emails for additional services then go here.
